Internal Account Manager

The main purpose of this role is to provide office based support to the Key Account Managers ensuring all quotes for their key consultants are produced and followed up in conjunction with the Key Account Managers.

The Internal Account Manager will also oversee a portfolio of smaller energy consultants who are not managed on a key account basis that present business opportunities. In these situations the Internal Account Manager will also be responsible for the whole sales process. The provision of accurate, comprehensive and timely information for pricing is essential.

The Internal Account Manager will necessitate building and maintaining effective working relationships with Operations to ensure successful registration for all confirmed sales. The Internal Account Manager is expected to assist Operations with credit, payment or account management issues of their customer base.
